Bingfeng Bai is a PhD student at the School of Management of Shanghai University (P. R. China), majoring in Management Science and Engineering. His research interests include e-commerce and supply chain management, digital innovation.

Ki-Hyun Um is an Assistant Professor at the School of Management at Pukyong National University, Busan, South Korea. He holds a PhD degree from the School of Business at KyungHee University. His articles have been published in journals including International Journal of Production Economics, International Journal of Operations and Production Management and International Journal of Project Management. His research interests lie in supply chain management, inter-organizational studies, buyer–supplier relationship, innovation management and new product development.

Hanna Lee is a Post-Doctoral Researcher at School of Management, Zhejiang University in China. She holds PhD in Management from Durham University Business School in England, a Master of Science in International Management at Strathclyde Business School in Scotland and Bachelor of Arts in Business at Durham University in England. Dr Lee’s research focuses on innovation strategy and knowledge acquisition and creation through organizational learning within the contexts of inter-firm collaborations. For example, her recent paper published in Technological Forecasting and Social Change provides knowledge-based explanations about the achievement of ambidexterity within M&A contexts.
