Civil engineers encouraged to help protect migrant worker lives and wages in the Gulf

Charlotte Broyd of Engineers Against Poverty says civil engineering consultants and contractors can make a real difference to improving the lives of migrant construction workers in Gulf Cooperation Council countries, whose wages are frequently paid late or not at all.
