Contextual and individual characteristics effects on students’ corruption perception and behaviours in higher education

Andrea Tomo is Adjunct Professor of Organisation Studies at the Department of Economics, Management, Institutions, University of Naples Federico II, Italy. He also teaches Negotiation in Complex Organisations and Organisational Behaviour. He received the PhD Degree in Management from the University of Naples Federico II, Italy, and he has been Visiting Researcher at Cass Business School of London, Copenhagen Business School, and Leuphana Universität of Lüneburg. He has been member of the organising committee of the EGOS conference 2016, held in Naples. He is member of the organising committee of the Capri Summer School on Qualitative Research Methods and member of the organising committee of the Master in Public Managerial Practices at the University of Naples Federico II.

Lucio Todisco is PhD Student in Management at the Department of Economics, Management, Institutions, University of Naples Federico II, Italy. He received the Master Degree in Human Resource Management. Since 2017, he is Licensed Labour Consultant and has carried out activities of payroll specialist. He has carried out tutoring activities for workshops and masters and assists the Chairs of Organisation Studies, Organisational Behaviour and Negotiation. His main research interests include about collaborative governance in public and private sector, human resources management, and governance, innovation and organisation in public sector.

Gianluigi Mangia is Full Professor of Organisation Studies at University of Napoli Federico II, Italy, where he currently teaches organisation theory and information Systems, and human resources topics. He received the PhD Degree in Organisation and Business Administration from the University of Molise. He was Visiting Scholar at Cardiff Business School, Visiting Researcher at London School of Economics and Visiting Doctoral student at Warwick Business School. He has been Chair of the organising committee of the EGOS conference 2016, held in Naples. He is Chair of the organising committee of the Capri Summer School on Qualitative Research Methods and scientific coordinator of the Master in Public Managerial Practices at the University of Naples Federico II.
