A result of global infrastructure expansion is that tunnel-blasting vibration can seriously threaten buried gas pipelines. Though vibration limits protect pipelines, they raise tunnel construction costs and difficulties. This paper quantitatively explores the dynamic response of buried gas pipelines and surrounding soils under blasting loads by way of shaking-table model tests. Test variables cover pipeline internal pressure, blasting-vibration intensity, burial depth, pipe diameter and pipeline–tunnel layout. Dimensionless grey relational analysis is adopted to quantify parameter influences. Results show pipeline peak vibration velocity and strain drop with higher internal pressure, pipe diameter and burial depth, yet rise under stronger blasting vibration. Lateral blast-wave incidence triggers the severest pipeline response. The pipe–soil interaction correlation coefficient grows with internal pressure, diameter and burial depth, and falls with vibration intensity, hitting the lowest under lateral blasting. The influencing sequence of parameters is: vibration intensity > relative position > burial depth > pipe diameter > internal pressure. These findings support safety evaluation and construction guidance for blasting near buried gas pipelines.
