Expression of concern: Patient experiences and satisfaction with virtual clinic in Saudi Arabia: a cross-sectional study Open Access

The publisher of Journal of Innovative Digital Transformation is issuing an expression of concern for the following article, Ebtesam A. Elsayed, Ghada AlJubair, Faye Al-Raffa and Salma AlMousa, Patient experiences and satisfaction with virtual clinic in Saudi Arabia: a cross-sectional study. Journal of Innovative Digital Transformation 2025; https://doi.org/10.1108/JIDT-06-2025-0031. An investigation by the publisher found evidence of an undisclosed conflict of interest and that the peer review process had been partially compromised; the publisher can confirm, however, that the article received multiple independent reviews. The authors cooperated with this investigation but failed to provide a satisfactory explanation. As a result of these concerns, and as trust in the content is central to the integrity of the publication process, the publisher has taken the decision to publish an expression of concern.
