Construction Law Quarterly

Welcome to the first edition of the Construction Law Quarterly review (CLQ) in its new home within the Institution of Civil Engineers’ Management, Procurement and Law journal. It is hoped that this new location will provide a number of benefits. Amongst these it enables CLQ to reach a much wider, and more international, audience than was previously possible. Furthermore, it provides a regular injection of the ‘law’ focus into the journal in a way which reflects the continually developing nature of this exciting field of law.
