Welcome to the first edition of Construction Law Quarterly for 2017. We begin what promises to be an interesting year, the machinations of Brexit and a Trump presidency providing much of that interest, with three articles of direct relevance to practitioners. Adjudications, initially implemented as a swift method of resolving disputes to free-up cash flow, are becoming used to address increasingly complex cases.
