Mr Obinna Collins Nnamani is lecturer and doctoral student in the Department of Estate Management, University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus. He is also an Associate Lecturer at Oxford Brookes University, Oxford, United Kingdom. His research focuses on real estate valuation and investment particularly on risk management. He also teaches and researches on land use policy, real estate entrepreneurship, feasibility and viability studies, and application of computer in real estate management. He has published several articles in peer review journals and also attended several conferences around the world. He is the Managing Editor of Journal of Land Management and Appraisal.

Professor Joseph Ugochukwu Ogbuefi is Professor of Estate Management at the Department of Estate Management, Faculty of Environmental Studies, University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus when this study was conducted. He teaches and researches on feasibility and viability studies, land use policy, property rating and taxation, and appraisal. He has published several peer-reviewed articles including conference papers. He is the Editor-in-Chief, Journal of Land Management and Appraisal. He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers.

Professor Idu Robert Egbenta lectures in the Department of Estate Management, University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus. He teaches and researches with high degree of professionalism and dedication to world class quality. He holds BSc, MSc and PhD in Estate Management from the University of Nigeria. He has authored an academic book and several scholarly articles in peer review international and national journals. His research interests include land economics, environmental issues and property valuation. He is the Assistant Editor-in-Chief, Journal of Land Management and Appraisal. He is also a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers.
