Journal of Property Investment & Finance is an international forum for the interchange of information and ideas relating to property valuation and investment, property management and decision making in all property markets. This journal is celebrating 40 years of publication.
Previously published as: Journal of Valuation 1983-1990; Journal of Property Valuation and Investment 1991-1998; Journal of Property Investment & Finance 1999-current.
