Science has four goals; describing the present, explaining the past, predicting the future and understanding fundamental processes. The Pan‐Acts model maintains that the foundation of reality is an ocean of infinitesimals of energy in ceaseless, random motion. Eight levels of organized phenomena are created by the combinations and permutations of these infinitesimals. This model could serve as a basis for the evolution of a humanistic planetary culture.
