Article Type: Editorial From: Kybernetes, Volume 37, Issue 7

In this current Volume 37 of Kybernetes, we have already published two special issues that were dedicated to specific research areas. In this special issue, we are concerned with highlighting the wide range of topics covered by cybernetics, systems and management science. These three fields of study lend themselves to an inter-disciplinary approach which is illustrated in the contributions that make up this issue. Instead of being a diverse collection of studies and researches they have an obvious common link in their approaches.

Two invited contributions from leading researchers are featured, and the remaining papers have been carefully selected because they illustrate, and are representative of, our extensive interests and endeavours.

Our regular journal sections are also included here and in our future issues we will again be including contributions and features from the multi- and trans-disciplinary fields.
