Mathematical modelling of organization and information technology

Presents a mathematical model of organization, comprehending it as a complex of informational and co‐informational processes. The organizational structure includes inputs and outputs of material, energy and information above which is the procedure of operational complex with the next types of transformation: preparation; input; processing; output; delivery; emission (or storage). Emphasizes those information processes in particular where, under the influences of information technology (IT) in organizations, most hierarchic levels of managing are lost, so that organizations become “flatter” in structure.
