Recognising the impact of technology and communication on work and school environments

Looks at how work and school environments compare, and asks what areas each will contribute to a new understanding of the uses of communication and technology to improve the respective environments. Reviews briefly previous literature before addressing the issue of division of labour and the way that technology has impacted on the work environment. Considers the school environment, and addresses questions regarding technology in the education system. Concludes with an assessment of the support systems from the business world to the school environment and provides some direction for the future.
