This was the title of the British Nutrition Foundation's seventh conference held this year at The Polytechnic, Huddersfield in July. Welcoming delegates from all over the UK, Sir Alan Marre, chairman of the BNF, said that their enthusiastic response showed the general interest in nutrition today.
