While there is no physiological reason to merit food combining, it is popular with a number of people for numerous reasons. Some of the information appears not to have been scientifically validated.
This book explains food combining. The information is based on the original Hay system of food combining, which encourages people not to mix foods that “fight”. It explains the theories for this.
About half of the book consists of recipes, which fit in with the food combining approach. The recipes could be useful in other situations.
