This is the name of a company which specialises in exotic preserves and condiments and recently collected the top prize at this year's Glasgow Chamber of Commerce Business Awards. Established in 1999 by Camille Ortega McLean, Well Pickled has captured the imagination of customers and consumers alike with products such as Bloody Mary Chutney, Wild Blueberry Conserve with Bourbon and the now famous Parliamentary Pickle. "Made in Scotland – inspired by the world" is the company's motto and they are an exotic blend of home grown produce and international family recipes.
