Plan to tackle childhood obesity

A third of 12-year-olds in Scotland are said to be overweight. A plan to tackle childhood obesity in Scotland was announced by First Minister Jack McConnell. Mr McConnell outlined plans to recruit 600 school co-ordinators to encourage pupils to be more active.
