This bulletin carries articles on the WHO, food, nutrition and the prevention of cancer.

The report calls for action by the commercial sector to reduce saturated and trans fats in their products.

In relation to schools it recommends that policies should limit availability of products high in fat, sugar and salt and should develop local food growers for school lunches to ensure a local market for healthy food.
