Half fat cheddar has achieved the largest growth within the UK cheddar market within the past 12 months. The data from TNS is generated from a panel of 25,000 households and is the largest panel in the UK. The report highlighted that the Leskol brand has overtaken Weight Watchers for the first time.

Leskol is a smooth and creamy cheddar that looks, tastes, slices and cooks the same as any mature cheddar, but features one main difference: it contains only 1.3 per cent saturated fat, approximately 90 per cent less than other mature cheddars on the market. Naturally rich in protein and calcium and with added Omega 3 and Omega 6.
