US FDA food contact approvals boost

Plascoat informs us that Talisman 10 and 20, two of its latest polyolefin coating materials, have been cleared for use in contact with refrigerated foodstuffs by the United States Food and Drugs Administration (FDA).

Food Contact Plastics Certificates of Conformity with the FDA's test requirements have been awarded following independent testing in accordance with Code of Federal Regulations (CFR21) Section 175.300 (Resinous and Polymeric Coatings).
