The use of fumed silica in printing inks

Forty years ago on August 3,1944 the production of ‘Aerosil’ started in the Degussa works at Rheinfelden. ‘Aerosil’ is the trademark of this typical form of silicic acid obtained for the first time in the world by flame hydrolysis.
