The Cromatic System is said to be an innovative colorimetry system of 21 base tint concentrates made from new-generation resins. It has been developed by the Monopol Paints Group. The Cromatic System claims a wider range of applications than any other paint concept currently available on the market. Each system operates as an autonomous production plant, making paints for both the industry and for trucks and cars.

Cromatic System is based on the concept of minimum stock (less than 100 products for the complete range compared with more than 400 products for other systems on the market) and maximum customer service. Simply by choosing different binders (MS, HS and others), users can manufacture paints of varying qualities, such as acrylic,polyurethane, synthetic, nitro, alkyl, epoxy, vinyl, polyester, ester epoxy and thermoplastic. High-build binders (HS) are compliant with VOC legislation.

The Cromatic System also comprises a set of tools:

  user-friendly Windows software that includes:

  • instant formulation in kilos or litres of tint with specific gravity indications, etc.;

  • calculation of cost and selling price;

In addition to the Cromatic System, the French Group Monopol, manufactures and markets primers and priming coats as well as the cleaners and degreasing agents required for correct surface preparation before finishing.
