IRL has recently announced the launch of a new electronic updating service for the paint and coating industries in the form of a weekly E-mail newsletter. Called "Coatings Update by E-mail" (CUBE for short), this newsletter monitors the late corporate developments in the paint, coating and raw material sectors, plus other selected items of interest to the industry. Coverage is global and includes:

• Merger and acquisitions news;

• Investments in production facilities;

• Industry realignments, restructuring and strategy news;

• Product launches;

• Major appointments; and

• Price increases.

Our aim is to disseminate all the latest news in a clear, easy-to-read form,direct to the e-mail accounts of those for whom the latest information is essential. CUBE is produced by regularly monitoring the activities of the world's leading paint and coating producers and their raw material suppliers and includes all the latest news and developments from Japan. The publication day of CUBE is every Friday, allowing for a round-up of all the news in the previous week.
