Du Pont Performance Coatings recently held an opening ceremony in the Jiading District of Shanghai to mark the start-up of production of a 20,000-ton-per-year paint plant in the district. Products from the $80 million plant mainly serve the Chinese automotive-refinishing market, and its products include industrial paint, refinishing paint and automotive OEM paint.
