This corrigendum corrects a minor mistake in the analysis of “How Does Kompromat Affect Politics? A Model of Transparency Regimes” by Monika Nalepa and Konstantin Sonin. The definition of Eu_m(x*_O|N) on page 378 of the article mistakenly did not include the following term: −µC_KC. This omission does not affect the main results presented in the paper. It, however, changes the calculations of formulas on pages 379 in Figure 3 and equation 2, 378, 380, Figure 4 on page 381, 382 and Figure 5 on page 382, page 383 and Figure 6 on page 383, page 384 and Proposition 4 on page 384, equation 6 on page 385, and page 387.
