Link to the DOI, was published with the incorrect affiliation for author Ioannis Volikakis.

Ioannis Volikakis’s affiliation was incorrectly listed as “Loughborough Business School, Loughborough University, Loughborough, UK” and has now been corrected to “Independent Researcher, Nuremberg, Germany”.

The publisher asks that affiliation information be entered correctly at submission and confirmed at article proofing stage.
