This is a selection (in A4 typed format) of 48 articles from the 50 issues of Hel Achau since summer 1980. All the articles chosen focus on genealogy and family history in the former county of Clwyd, roughly comprising north‐east Wales from Wrexham west to Colwyn Bay. The editor has included a broad spectrum of material, informative, amusing and anecdotal. Two articles are translations from Welsh.
