This was first published as the Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore Handbook in 1992 by Trade and Travel publications ‐ it has now been split into two volumes ‐ the other part of which was reviewed in Reference Reviews Vol. 11 No. l (1997) as the Malaysia and Singapore Handbook. This excellent series is now published by Footprint Handbooks. This guide to Indonesia is a good example of why the series has become so popular.
