Encyclopedia of Cognitive Science

It would be useless for me to pretend to have read through the whole of this massive encyclopedia. In fact it seems a bit unlikely that even the editor‐in‐chief managed to get through all 4,361 pages. The reviewing procedure adopted was that four distinguished experts – Derek Bolton (Professor of Philosophy and Psychopathology at Kings College London and at the Institute of Psychiatry), Professor B.S. Everitt (Head of Biostatistics and Computing), Patricia Carlin (Lecturer in Cognitive Psychology) and Peter Hayward (Consultant Clinical Psychologist, Maudsley Hospital), each kindly gave some of their time to look through selected sections and their comments...
