These two splendid volumes are nos. 33 1 and 2 in Brill's distinguished series in Jewish studies. Marvin J. Heller is a specialist in Hebrew printing and bibliography. His Printing the Talmud (Heller, 1999) received the 1999 Research and Special Libraries Division award of the Association of Jewish Libraries for bibliographical publication.
