BiologyBrowser is a free resource produced by Thomson Reuters. It is billed as “free information from a trusted source” that “offers access to evaluated and curated digital resources of interest to the scientific researcher”. Although promoted as useful to scientific researchers and containing some information that might be useful to them, such as datasets, it is also useful in finding web resources for undergraduate students and the general public. While geared primarily to biological resources, BiologyBrowser is beginning to broaden its focus to include some social sciences and arts and humanities information.
