The training, development and education of employees at all levels within organizations is now considered a vital component in maintaining a company’s competitiveness. The publication of this dictionary to human resource terms is therefore timely. Terms such as “benchmarking”, “downsizing”, “rightsizing”, “NLP training” and “the learning organization” have almost become part of everyday speech.
