Encyclopaedia of Underwater and Maritime Archaeology

Underwater and maritime archaeology is one of those specialist branches of archaeology, often relying on the application of a particular set of scientific techniques or equipment (in this case, often, underwater breathing equipment), which has developed over the past 30 or so years.
