The Cassell Thesaurus

The Cassell Thesaurus is a smart, no nonsense, middle‐of‐the‐road work of reference. Surprisingly, it would seem to be Cassell’s first thesaurus, but the Cassell quality is well‐known, and the editor and the two compilers are all experienced dictionary compilers, so I have no doubt that this newcomer will do well despite the fierce competition. The presentation is excellent with a decent type‐size, clear layout, white paper, and a sturdy binding with pages that lie flat.
