This is the sixth in a series of seven books giving complete summaries of the early Olympic Games. The series starts with the 1896 Olympics in Athens and will finish with the 1920 Games. As the 1912 Olympics took place in Stockholm, Ture Widlund was the obvious choice of co‐author as he is one of Sweden’s best‐known Olympic historians. The series has been compiled because these early years of the Games are not well recorded.
