Unusually for Reference Reviews this review examines a revised reprint of a title first published in 1998. The 1990s saw a resurgence of interest in country music, largely as a result of the popular success of singers such as Garth Brooks and Shania Twain. A number of reference works relating to the genre were published, including the title under review here.
