Digital Library for Earth System Education

The Digital Library for Earth System Education (DLESE) provides teaching and learning resources focused on the earth system. Resources include: lesson plans, data, interactive computer models, and virtual field trips. Many of the resources are organized into collections of related topics. DLESE serves as a clearinghouse for resources found on the web. Resources are collected on all learning levels: K‐12, college, graduate/professional, and general public.

DLESE is funded by the National Science Foundation through a grant for the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR). It is a free access site and discourages the inclusion of fee‐based resources. Registration is not...
