Canada's History

Canada's History is a welcome site which provides an easy and effective means of accessing and promoting Canada's history. The goal, as stated on the About Us page of the website is to “[…] make the discovery of our nation's past relevant, engaging, empowering and accessible to all Canadians”. These are lofty ambitions, but they are successfully met.

When one signs on to this site, it does appear overwhelming. With links in the banner, as well as links along the side and then links on the bottom, together with advertisements, the beginner is not sure where to start. If all...
