Leading Libraries encapsulates many of the key issues centred on creating effective change and service-oriented leadership models in libraries. The audience of the book would best fit public and academic libraries, though this does not necessarily exclude other types of libraries. The title is very approachable in style of writing and adaptability of the conversation of the text and, therefore, could be applicable to other types of libraries, both large and small.
