The updated third edition of the Historical Dictionary of Socialism is written by Peter Lamb, the author of the second edition, and the extended dictionary includes brief entries that summarize many of the main people, events, politics, social issues, policies and institutions surrounding the topic of socialism. The updates in this edition include an expanded chronology and revised introduction and bibliography sections.
