The author discusses Dan Brown's background and previous failed career paths. He discusses the resolve and determination shown by Brown to become a best‐selling author and the unconventional and controversial tactics employed by Brown in his success.

Findings

Conventional approaches are inappropriate in today's modern environment, and by breaking the boundaries, Brown achieved international success.

Captures the spirit of Brown's writing and the marketing approaches, tactics and techniques he used.
