Determines that although organizations want their employees to be loyal and committed to their work — they also want employees who have good collaborative working relationships with all the various strands of company areas of contact. Posits that organizations are better able to move employees from one employment deal to another as transitions occur, leaving employee commitment and trust intact or strengthened.
