Now with a 158 tilted conveyor option and greater foot space, the CHAD ClinchMaster™ (see Plate 2) is both more ergonomic and more effective for semi-automatic odd-form and small parts electronics assembly. In addition, the recently upgraded tooling pin design facilitates faster pin relocation during board changes. The new "slotted" style tooling pin brackets are now standard on all CHAD ClinchMasters™.

Along with the improved ergonomics and flexibility of the ClinchMaster™,the system offers a patented fully programmable single pin lead clinching system. With the single pin clinch system, lead clinching of any desired leads to any degree and in any direction is achieved without tool changes. All component styles, standard or odd-form can be handled on one system.

In addition options, such as motorized or manual board presentation, variable speed motorized conveyor, static tube feeder, programmable auto-conveyor width adjustment and offline programming package make the ClinchMaster™ easily adaptable to virtually any manufacturing process.
