Etek Europe Ltd, a leading supplier of products and services to the European electronics industry, has installed an SCS Precisioncoat spray and dispense system in its new custom-built technology centre.
The SCS Precisioncoat spray and dispense system precisely applies 100 percent solids, solvent- and water-based coatings, such as photoresists, acrylics,adhesives, solder mask and anti-microbial coatings, to virtually any surface or substrate, with maximum accuracy. Common coating applications include circuit board assemblies, semiconductors, fuel cells, gasketing, MEMS, wafers and photovoltaic arrays.
The Precisioncoat’s standard configuration enables Etek to apply coatings with a three-axis system with an accuracy of 0.001.
