Pace Inc. have announced the introduction of their new SMR™‐25 ‘Pulse‐Heat’ SMD Reflow System. Representing a major departure from high‐temperature, continuously heated SMD soldering irons, the SMR‐25 provides controlled temperature ramp‐up from room temperature, thereby eliminating virtually all chance of thermal shock or other thermal degradation to sensitive components and substrates.
