Controlling the soldering process and knowing the status of that process on Vitronics Soltec wave and reflow soldering machines has been simplified with the powerful multitasking environment of Windows® 95-based control software. Every system features a Pentium™ computer/processor, with a trackball keyboard and VGA color monitor; and menu-driven software for maximum flexibility in a true multi-tasking environment. Software includes real-time on-board profiling capability, and an operator point-and-click graphical interface displays all operating conditions. With this customized program, the operator can easily set,control, and monitor all processes using familiar point and click techniques,screen icons, and pull-down menus.
Other features include a full menu of user-defined process alarms including a board drop alarm, conveyor stopped alarm, and more. The program also includes scheduled maintenance alarms for rail chain lubrication and others.
