Issues of redressing gender and race inequality in academic leadership by Dr Judy Dlamini (she) through the Female Academic Leaders Fellowship (FALF) are at the core of the FALF case study. Formed in 2020, FALF is an independent, registered, non-profit company that aims specifically to empower black and coloured ^[1] women from South Africa to progress into academic leadership.
