This case study explores the challenges faced by St. Peter’s Business School’s entrepreneurial hub. Despite ample resources and programs, the Catalyst Center struggles with low student participation, gender imbalance, alumni disengagement and funding gaps. Societal pressures, including parental preference for stable careers, further hinder student interest in entrepreneurship. The case study invites students to analyze these barriers and propose actionable strategies to help the Catalyst Center succeed.
