The Editor and Publisher of Team Performance Management extend their congratulations to Dr Martin McCracken on his recent appointment as Editor of Education + Training. During his co-Editorship with Dr Fiona Lettice he has improved the rigour of the journal’s review process and raised its international profile. We wish him every success in his new role.
