Recommends the use of a quality toolkit to maintain the momentum in order to develop quality management beyond BS‐EN‐ISO 9000. Discusses total quality culture. Asserts that the three main elements of the quality toolkit are strategy, structure and style. Suggests that customer communication and a learning organisation are the most important.
